Terms of Service

1. Service

Insightron is a business intelligence platform operated by 4UGUSTA Systems ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & Access

• Access is invite-only during the beta period.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected integrations.
• Each workspace is isolated — you may not access another tenant's data.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment partner.
• 7-day trial is available for invited users. No credit card required during trial.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.

4. Your Data

• You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you connect or generate.
• You grant us permission to access your connected services (Google, Razorpay, etc.) solely to provide the Insightron platform.
• You can export or delete your data at any time.
• Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited emails in violation of anti-spam laws.
• Attempt to access other tenants' data or circumvent security measures.
• Use the AI Copilot to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the platform or its data.

6. AI & Intelligence

Insightron uses AI to analyze your data and provide recommendations. AI-generated insights are advisory — you are responsible for business decisions made based on these recommendations. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses due to service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

Insightron is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gaya, Bihar, India.
